Payment must be made in U.S. dollar of any of the acceptable foreign currencies by the Central Bank of the Philippines, fifty percent (50%) of which must be received 30 days before the passenger’s arrival and full payment must be made 15 days before arrival in Manila, unless special arrangements have been previously agreed upon.

While Rajah Tours does not levy any cancellation charges, some hotels, restaurants, transport and other contractors may charge fees on a case-to-case basis.
Generally, Rajah Tours extends complimentary transfer and tour to the escort of every 15 full-paying passengers. Hotels normally extend one free bed on a share-twin basis for every 15 full-paying passengers; maximum of 4 beds free for 60 or more guests.
While all efforts shall be taken to ensure faithful compliance with the requested services and facilities, Rajah Tours Philippines, Inc. is acting only in the capacity of an agent and therefore will not be responsible for any delay, damage, loss, injury, accident, irregularity, and other accidental cost which may be caused either by willful or negligent acts on the part of the individuals or companies providing the services and facilities connected with the tour or caused by fortuitous events.
