Day 2: Laoag City Tour (B)

Laoag is the capital of Ilocos Norte. The Laoag Tour includes visits to the Malacañang of the North—a museum which was originally former President Marcos’ official residence in Ilocos, Paoay Church— a combination of Gothic, Baroque and Oriental architecture, Batac Museum, Sinking Bell Tower, Tobacco Monopoly Monument, St. William’s Cathedral and the Laoag Market.

Day 3: Vigan Heritage Tour (B)

In the afternoon, proceed to Vigan, a World Heritage Site. It is famous for its Mestizo District, or the Mena Crisologo Street. Known as “Ciudad Fernandina” from 1758 to the late 19th century, Vigan is the oldest surviving Spanish Colonial City in the country. The tour includes visits to the Juan Luna Shrine, Miraculous Virgin Church, Pinili Garlic Stands, Burgos Museum, Pagburnayan—a pottery center, Crizologo Museum, and Plaza Burgos / Heritage Village.
